A watermark (or a jingle overlaid on the audio tracks) gets embedded on all the players made with PodSnack. You can remove this watermark from the "My playlists" page by activating the premium options.
Yes. PodSnack players are 100% customizable, making them a smart solution for web developers.
The VIP membership is automatically renewed. However, if you choose to cancel your subscription or if your payment processor refuses the payment, your subscription will expire. In that case, the premium options will become locked and you won't be able to use them unless you unlock them with points or you get a new subscription. If your monthly subscription expires and you don't wish to renew it, you can use points to unlock the desired items (will stay unlocked forever).
If a playlist hosted on our cloud exceeds the maximum views/day, the playlist will turn into a static image and a small button will be displayed linking to the playlist's "direct link" page on PodSnack.com. All standard items include 25,000 views/day, Extended VIP items include 50,000 views/day. After exceeding 100,000 views/day, nothing will be displayed. This usually happens only if you publish your playlist on websites with huge traffic. For this purpose we suggest you to use the download option.
You can upload tracks that are in MP3 format.
You can upload up to 100 tracks per playlist and you can create as many playlists as you like. So if you upload more tracks than can be used in one playlist, the additional tracks won't make it to the final playlist.
It's very easy to embed the players you created with PodSnack. Just create your playlist and when you're finished, click "Publish" and in the "My playlists" page, click on the "Embed code" option and copy the generated HTML code. Paste the code in any HTML-supporting medium, such as your website or blog admin. To use the premium embed you need to activate premium options for that playlist in the first place. Get more details.
We provide a Windows executable file (.exe), a Mac OS X file (.app) and a Shockwave Flash file (.swf), a Flash component (.mxp & .fla) and the tracks. Also we provide an html file you can use to publish the player on the web and some instructions (.pdf).
